Pin It I want more than anything to be married. To have someone to come home to and be able to talk with. Someone who will give me a hug and tell me it will be ok when times get tough. Someone to listen to me. That is the true desire of my heart, and…

Embracing our Dependence on Jesus ~ Stephanie Tait

Introducing Stephanie Tait Pin It God certainly has an ironic sense of humor. I originally sat down to write a lovely little something about taking time for calm, but it was right then that my two year old comes up with fingers covered in peanut butter and puts his little hands all over my face…

So blessed by this, thank you Stephanie! “His goodness is more than enough to cover me” -amen! “MAKE yourself cling to Jesus today, not letting yourself settle into the trap of self assurance” -that is me right now. Praise the Lord for His faithfulness to us!

Thank you for this reminder! I am currently going through a really hard season, and just want it to be over, but I know God has allowed it for a reason, and I need to patiently rest in His grace, knowing that he is trying to teach me something. I am afraid I am a really slow learner!

I’ll be who God called me to be…PERIOD!

Pin It I was just reminded this morning of the simple principle that You are who you associate with. I see so many people compromising by surrounding themselves and being influenced by people that will in no way bring them up, but rather quickly take them down. I see people…

Getting your life back ~ SCHEDULING

Pin It Somehow it all comes down to this. The number one question that I get asked is “How DO you do it all?” This question always kinda makes me chuckle because I really don’t feel like I have all that much to do. Then I take a step back, reality steps in and I…

Karen, this is JUST what I needed to read today. I have been struggling with this for so long now. I get so caught up in what others are doing…feeling like if I don’t do that too…I am not “keeping up!” I have put my business over my family so often. More heartbreaking then that…I have put my business over my God. (making photography a small god in itself.) Enough is Enough. I am choosing today to stop. Thank you for your sweet words of encouragement and realness!
