Small Group Leader Vision Statement

We long to see P31 Small Group Leaders pouring their hearts into the lives of the women around them…Loving on them, inspiring them, and sharing life together. Small Group leaders are the hands and feet of Pursuit 31. These women will take ownership of the local small group through the tool of monthly meet ups,. They will set the tone for real life friendships, built on cheering one another on as Christ followers, wives and mothers, and photographers.

Small Group Leader Expectations & Guidelines

Small Group Leaders are basically the hands, feet & face of Pursuit 31 in our local photography communities. The following may seem like common sense, but need to be clearly communicated. As amazing as all the Small Group Leaders are and it is a GIVEN that will we have a blast together, this is more than just a club for the “cool” girls. We are here to serve and love others.

Be an active member of a local body of Christ followers (church).
Available to participate in Small Group leader on-line activities/trainings as needed (online live chats or Skype, possibly quarterly).
Available to coordinate and attend monthly local meet-ups on a consistent basis.
Be a positive influence and active member of the main Facebook P31 Group
Be actively in communication with the P31 Small Group Leader Community via the FB P31 Small Group Leader Group
Be willing to field general Pursuit 31 inquiries by email, phone or Facebook, about P31 in your local region and as well as large scale P31 events (even if you are not attending said event…basically stay informed and willing to share the info).
Live your life with solid character, integrity and honesty, both personally and in business.

If you have at least 10 women in your community that would be interested in these groups AND you are further than 45 miles from the nearest P31 Small Group please contact us to start the process of setting up a group.
