As women we all seem to be wired as masters of the art of comparison. Media & technology have only made it easier for us to indulge in this degrading practice. We are constantly worrying about if we’re as beautiful, as talented, as successful, as good of a wife, mother or friend as the next gal. We compare our homes, cars, finances, children, husbands, clothes and camera gear – for what? So we can feel better about ourselves? Worse about ourselves? We will never live up, never be satisfied if we keep comparing ourselves.

I want to challenge you women to start seeing yourselves through God’s eyes. He’s not looking at our name brand clothes and full frame cameras. He is looking at his precious daughters with love and adoration – all uniquely, hand-crafted with different gifts, talents, abilities and walks of life.

Start rockin’ whatchya got ladies! Who cares if you have the best gear? Take amazing pictures with your Canon Rebel and learn to master what gear you have! Rock the clothes you’ve got in your closet, take pride in your saggy mom boobs and stretch marks that are proof you made a human life! Celebrate your strengths and and the challenges you’ve been through that make you who you are.
